What we collect

Your name, email address and password (stored as a one-way hash); the content you write; and the record of changes, comments and suggestions you make. Readers who subscribe to updates give us their email address.

How we use it

Only to run the service: showing your rule books to your team and readers, sending notifications you've asked for, and billing through Stripe. We don't sell data or use your content to train AI models.

Your rights

You can update or delete your account at any time, and admins can export or delete all of an organisation's data. Subscribers can unsubscribe from any email. Contact us to exercise any other right under GDPR or similar laws.
